丹波木綿
Tamba Cotton Textile
丹波木綿 （たんばもめん）は兵庫県丹波地域の手織りの織物です。江戸時代の宝永年間（1704～1710）頃には良質の綿が盛んに生産され、手織りの木綿が衣料として製造されていました。草木染めは、タマネギ、栗、マリーゴールドなどの原材料を使い染められています。
Tamba momen is a hand-woven cotton fabric in the Tamba area of Hyogo Prefecture. Around the Hoei era (1704-1710) in the Edo period, high-quality cotton was produced, and hand-woven cotton was manufactured to make clothing. Plant dye uses materials such as onions, chestnuts, and marigolds.
